ReinForce Media (“we”, “us”) is a marketing agency based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through reinforcemedia.com, why we collect it, who receives it, how long we keep it, and how to contact us about it.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY
When you send our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and any message you write. We use them only to reply to your inquiry, arrange a call, and talk with you about whether our services fit your business. We do not use your inquiry to send you promotional emails or texts.
With each form submission, our website also records the date and time, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type. These are kept with your inquiry as a record of the submission and can help us identify spam.
When you email or phone us, we collect what you choose to share and use it for the same purposes.
When you browse the site, our hosting provider receives the technical information every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and uses it to deliver and protect the site.
We do not use analytics, advertising or remarketing cookies or pixels on this site. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before any optional tracking runs.
COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
- hcdn: a cookie set by our hosting provider’s content delivery network (Hostinger). It’s needed to deliver the site and is deleted when you close your browser.
- Two values kept in your browser for the current visit only (session storage). One remembers that the opening animation has already played. WordPress uses the other to check how your browser displays emoji. Both are cleared when you close the tab.
- Fonts: our pages load some typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
We don’t use optional cookies, so the site has no cookie banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
WHO RECEIVES YOUR INFORMATION
- Hostinger hosts this website. Form submissions are processed on its servers, and a copy of each submission is stored in our website’s database.
- Google (Google Workspace) provides our email. Form notifications, and any emails you send us, are stored in our Google Workspace mailboxes.
- Google Fonts, as described above.
- We may also record your details in the business tools we use to manage inquiries and client work.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give it to other businesses for their own marketing. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
INFORMATION STORED OUTSIDE CANADA
Our service providers may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under those countries’ laws.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
If your inquiry doesn’t lead to working together, we delete it, including the form submission and related emails, about 12 months after our last contact with you. Copies left in automatic backups and email trash are removed on a rolling basis within about six weeks after that.
If you become a client, we keep your information while we work together, and afterwards for as long as we need it for our business, tax and legal records. Canadian tax rules generally require business records to be kept for six years.
HOW WE PROTECT IT
This site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer help with your inquiry.
To make a request, email info@reinforcemedia.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
BROWSER PRIVACY SIGNALS
This site doesn’t use optional tracking, so a Global Privacy Control signal has nothing to switch off. If we ever add optional tracking, we will treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of it.
CHILDREN
Our website and services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
When we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.
